RTX 5060 Ti offers well-rounded performance
The 16GB variant of the RTX 5060 Ti is one of the most sought-after graphics cards on the market as it keeps it light on the pocket but also has a huge amount of VRAM. This allows it to handle heavy textures during gaming, 4K editing, and rendering with ease, as well as large datasets during AI or ML workflows. This means that complex workflows don’t bring the entire performance down, and the next-gen cores allow it to handle high-resolution gaming much better than its predecessors. We’ve reviewed the ASUS Prime RTX 5060 Ti OC in-house, and it could natively handle 4K gaming, but the output was obviously much better with DLSS 4 and MFG.
Ryzen 7 7800X3D is perfect for gaming
The Ryzen 7 7800X3D is still one of the best gaming processors, and nothing can take that away from it. It can be paired with a high-end GPU without causing a bottleneck, and 1% lows are great with it. That being said, you’ll most likely be gaming at 1440p with the RTX 5060 Ti, and it absolutely crushes gaming at that resolution. Multi-core output is also good, but compared to what we have access to now, it isn’t the best, and for pure productivity, you’ll want to go for the newer Intel or AMD Ryzen 9000 processors, even if they are X3D offerings. So, there is a definite trade-off with the 7800X3D, but if you don’t have anything extreme on your hands, it is more than up for the job.
007 First Light for free, and a 360mm AIO allows for easy future upgrades
With this gaming PC, you’ll get 007 First Light for free, which is valued at $69.99. This means that you can take this build for a test run with this title, and getting a gift is always nice. Besides that, the 360mm AIO is overkill for the 7800X3D since it can’t be overclocked, but further down the line, if you were to upgrade to a more powerful processor, this CPU cooler will be more relevant in keeping it cool. So, for future-proofing it is a solid component.
