Hello,
Before formatting my laptop, adjusting the "Turbo Boost Short Power Max" value to 35 W would automatically set all PL1 and PL2 values to 35 W. However, this behavior has changed.
As shown in the image, the "PL1 Power Limit (Dynamic)" does not respond to this adjustment at all. I would like to understand what might be causing this issue. Is there a system-level override or another setting preventing this from updating?
Additionally, is there a BIOS setting that could be controlling or locking these values? I am currently using the latest version of Intel XTU, and my BIOS and system are fully up to date.
