Does the new flashbang effect make viewers get fully flashed too now? Before, the spectator flash effect used to be much dimmer.

If that’s the case, then it’s a terrible change. People wanted darker flash effects to make getting flashed feel less eye searing. Spectators just trying to enjoy the game don’t deserve to get their eyes blasted by flashbangs too.
