Started a match with randoms ,it got stuck at the loading screen ,I restarted the game hoping it'd get fixed as it always does , but everything from my lodout was gone even the insured slot from gauntlet mission. I even checked the mail but nothing was there from my lodout.i tried to seek support but it only provided me some articles instead of help. @CallOfDutyMobile fix this issue and hand me back my guns with affixs and attachments I've grinded for with the insured slot.
