All I did was invite a bunch of people from looking to play to run a five stack, like I used to when the feature first came out in csgo, and when one random got vacnet detected I got a cooldown for it. I do think its a little unfair when I don't even have this guy added, but I guess people could use looking to play to find their hacker friends if they didn't give cooldowns for it.
RIP this feature though I loved spam inviting people in the looking to play list sometimes and seeing who would stay when I only queued for dumb maps back in the day, but ig its not doable anymore.
