After Kerry’s concert you can get down from the Dark Matter Club building by foot

Just a little funny thing I discovered.
When Kerry's concert is over you are left on the balcony of this huge building. I decided to try getting down to the streets by foot. Turns out you can actually do it without any cheats or mods.
