SRPG Big Boobs

Indie developer Takashi Mochibe is once again proving that nobody does chaotic niche RPG energy quite like Japanese indie creators with his new, so far, unnannounced game.

The developer, who previously went viral for attempting to create one of the longest credit rolls in indie game history by offering to include anyone who liked his social media post, recently shared another “unique” update for his upcoming strategy RPG.

This time, the game development update is focused on a fully implemented “big breasts search function” designed to instantly identify characters with chest measurements of 100 cm or more. Yes, that’s apparently now an official gameplay filter.

According to Mochibe, the feature is meant as a homage to traditional Japanese SRPGs known for heavy fan service elements. Instead of manually checking character stats or portraits, players can simply use the system to highlight qualifying units automatically during gameplay.

“We’ve implemented the ‘Big Boobs Search’ feature—a must-have for any traditional SRPG,” the developer said. “It automatically highlights units with a bust size of 100 cm or more. This handy feature lets you tell at a glance whether a unit has big boobs whenever you’re wondering, ‘I wonder if this unit has big boobs?’”

Mochibe is known for developing hardcore fantasy SRPGs heavily inspired by classic titles like Tear Ring Saga and Berwick Saga. His projects lean heavily into old-school tactical gameplay, dense mechanics, and niche anime-inspired aesthetics that feel very deliberately targeted at longtime genre fans.

The upcoming SRPG still doesn’t have a finalized release date yet, but Mochibe is actively developing it while running a crowdfunding campaign.

His previous game Dragon’s Chronicles ~The Dark Demon Lord and the Sword of the Big Dipper~ is already available on Steam, although it does not have official English translation.

It is also worth noting that Dragon’s Chronicles incorporates AI-generated elements. According to the developer: “In this game, some of the unit graphics and some of the weapon and armor icons use AI-generated assets.”
