Just finished tuning my DDR5 Samsung B-Die RAM OC.
Would appreciate some feedback from people more experienced with memory tuning.
System:
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D (BCLK 101)
- Motherboard: MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI6E
- RAM: TwinMOS 32GB (2×16) VoltX Series 5600MHz CL36
- GPU**:** XFX Radeon RX 9070 XT Swift 16GB GDDR6 256 Bit.
Current settings:
- Frequency: 6060MT/s
- Timings: CL 36 -tRCD 38 -tRP 38 – tRAS 84
- Voltage (VDD/VDDQ): 1.38V
Stability tested with:
- TM5 – 42 min ( 3 full cycle +)
Mainly wondering:
- Do these voltages look safe for daily use?
- Any obvious timing improvements I could try?
- Is this considered decent for Samsung?
