[COD4] – points & ammo disappear

Hi all,

I’m playing Blacks Ops 4 in Zombie mode on split screens and sometimes, in the middle of a game, the points and ammo info disappear from my screen (but are still showing for my bf on this screen below) and I see a bar with a key?

I have tried to press all buttons to bring this info back but nothing works

Any tip here please? 🙏
