Managed to get and hopefully a stable OC on a micron D-die at 6200 MT/s. I'm borrowing several settings from several d-die overclock posts made by Relevant_Affect2413, Chao_Zu_Kang, and Illustrious_Sir6405.
Passes some quick testmem5 absolut and extreme 3 cycles each, tried 1.38 v, but errors show at testmem5 extreme, so I upped the notch on VDD/Q at 1.4. Did try to up the speed at 6400MT/s in 1-to-1 mode, with looser timings (34-44-44 & 34-48-48), but always crashes within 15 minutes of stress test. I suspect that I have a weak CPU.
Can't get the stick to run stably at micron d-die's max tRFC at 728, so I dialed back to 820.
Gonna do an overnight test tonight.
