My game sometimes does this thing where it wont load specific textures, this happen to anyone else?

I’m on PC

Sometimes its the grass, sometimes its bushes, trees, etc.

I have tried:

Validating files on steam

I’ve tried reinstalling the game

This is the only game it happens in

My PC isn’t even close to overheating when playing
