Okay so i recently upgraded to an ultra 7 265k cpu and wanted to try out some overclocking since i finally have something unlocked (came from a prebuilt). Now i put in what i thought was a healthy 55x p core multiplier in bios and didnt change any vcore stuff. Yet i loaded in windows put it on load and boom instant 104 degrees. Occr reported 1.65v on cpu core. So i panicked and stopped the load. But before this i had tried using intel xtu js to check values and everything was fine at those settings. So im confused there. Another thing: occt and hwinfo doesnt match at all in terms of cpu vcore. Right now am running stock settings. I put a 100% load on and occt reports 1.43-44 volts, while looking at hwinfo neither vid or dvr vcore is even close. Highes value maximum is around 1.3v. Whats up with that and what do i trust when tweaking further. Ive read 1.5 and up can seriously damage stuff so now am worried. Also ignore temps my fan curve is not set up rn after i reset bios xd.
