Ingrid is the final character coming to Season 3 of Street Fighter 6. She’ll become available for players to use starting on May 28, 2026.
The Street Fighter 6 developers recently treated fans to Ingrid’s pre-fight animations. Evidently, we’ve got nearly a full month in which developers can tease little details about Ingrid.
Earlier today, Street Fighter 6 Director Takayuki Nakayama provided a look at one of Ingrid’s in-game animations. Like her other animations, it really showcases Ingrid’s playfulness despite her being some sort of celestial being within the cosmos.
This animation has Ingrid with her hands raised to around her head. Going from left to right, Ingrid is clapping her hands together in rhythm.
More than likely, this is Ingrid’s parry animation when the macro or buttons are held. This is easy enough to tell thanks to the blue glow that surrounds Ingrid as she claps her hands.
We can probably expect little clips like this to continue dropping up until Ingrid is released on May 28, 2026.
