
This is one of those things people constantly bring up, but you really have to show so people understand what you mean.
The first clip is of the survivability in MW2022. The second clip is of the survivability in BO4.
In the MW2022 clip you can see I had no time to react and was dead simply because I exposed myself and didn't shoot first. In the BO4 clip you can see that no matter who shot first both players have a decent amount of time to react and reposition and/or return fire.
That's what I mean when I say modern COD needs more survivability. I much prefer gunfights that take more thought and can be more interesting. I think players should have a chance to respond when being shot at, if this is controversial or makes it sound like I have a "skill issue" that's fine by me. That's just what I consider to make for more fun engagements and makes it easier to go on streaks and be part of less of the spawn, die, spawn, die, spawn, die, cycles.
