Came home after a day of work and it turns out my 7950X3D didnt want to be alive anymore.
The chip is unfourtanatly barely out of warranty. You can see signs of a faint bulge.
Chip wasn't overclocked, and notably it died while not even being used. Most expensive computer part I have ever lost, feels bad man.
This processor was purchased on release day.
Contacted AMD but knew I wadn't going to get anything. Figured out if I had bought the processor with my AMEX i would have been still covered.
$750 down the drain.
