Wolfgang Krauser is to join Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves on April 24, 2026. We were treated to a teaser for Krauser a few months ago, but it’s almost finally time for Krauser’s big return to a modern fighting game.

To help tide fans over for just a little bit longer, SNK released gameplay footage featuring the Krauser vs. Nightmare Geese match up. Two major bosses of the Fatal Fury series are seen going at it in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves.

As the match begins, Krauser and Geese both attempt to feel each other out with their projectiles. Eventually, Krauser is able to get the upper hand, which leads him into his next move.

With Geese on the defensive, Krauser goes for a Leg Tomahawk. From here, Krauser is able to secure a counter hit against Geese in the next interaction, indicating that the Leg Tomahawk is advantageous on block.

Evidently, Krauser is armed with powerful approach options that allow him to safely get in to pressure his opponents. Once the opponent is forced into the corner, they can have a difficult time escaping Krauser’s strings.

It’s also established that Krauser is a fairly powerful user of the feint mechanic. Once Krauser starts to get into a rhythm, players will to watch carefully to survive his onslaught of attacks.
