I found a small little fan and decided to put it to use. I also wanted to try the new AGESA 1.3.0.0 and Mixed Mode so I flashed the new BIOS and decided to spend a week tweaking my RAM.

For RAM, I spent a week tightening all primaries, secondaries, and tertiary timings, testing each change at time until failure. Matched the tPHYRDL's. Voltages optimized. Did not touch drive strength impedances. Latency Killer is disabled.

For CPU it has 10x Scalar, +200 Override, and -25 Curve Optimizer.

✓ Passed TestMem5 Ryzen3D 1.5 hrs.
✓ Passed y-cruncher VT3 1.5 hrs.
✓ Passed OCCT AVX2 Large 1hr.

Geekbench 6 CPU Scores: 3580 Single-Core | 19821 Multi-Core
With Latency Killer enabled, I drop to 58.2ns latency but Geekbench 6 scores decrease.

I tried CL28 but would get errors after 1hr on TestMem5 at 1.52V, 1.53V, 1.54V, and 1.55V VDD/VDDQ, so dropped back down to CL30 at 1.43V. Max RAM temps during stress testing were 45C at 1.43V and 49.2C at 1.53V.

Interesting observation: I couldn't run anything lower than 512 tRFC1 (160ns) with Normal Mode but I'm able to go down to 464 tRFC2 (145ns) with Mixed Mode fully stable. Makes no sense to me but looks to me M-Die is better off running Mixed Mode than Normal Mode.
