I have just built myself a PC and the CPU is underperforming quite a bit compared to other 14600kf-s. What should I do to get the performance I paid for? (With or without OC-ing, I am open to any suggestions)

MoBo: GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4
RAM: 16Gb G.SKILL Trident Z DDR4-3200Mhz
GPU: ASUS DUAL GeForce RTX 5060 Ti Oc 8Gb
PSU: Corsair TX-M Series TX650M 650W Gold
