Another graphics appreciation post. Can't believe we've come so far. When I was a kid Ultima Underworld , Blakestone , Doom, Duke Nukem etc were considered beautiful graphics lol. I still remember when 3D came along and wow that was a generation leap for sure. Groundbreaking. You knew graphics were becoming serious when everyone researched about upgrading their GPU's for the first time lol. Still remember needing to do that for Half Life 1 and CS then Doom 3 eventually with its fancy Dynamic shadows/lighting and we've been pushing forward for better graphics ever since. im
sure most of you still remember Crysis making everyone's PC's cry lol. Good times.
I wonder how games will look by the time I'm in my 80's.
