Usual RNG – Spent a bunch of saved up BP to get loot parcels, received 1 prime parcel out of those, and lucked out and got the eve record file. Crafted it, have played the skin in game, yet can't upgrade it… says I need the record file? (again?) do I have to get lucky 6 times in order to upgrade the skin to max? (not to mention all the credits needed)
