Can not for the life of me get this game to run at 240fps. Here are all my settings in the pictures. Stuck at 120FPS. It wont even let me do fps_max 60. I can not get it to even go lower with the console command. Its just stuck at 120fps. If any one has any thoughts on this and big thank you a head of time. Need help please.
