This is just one example of my problem, and the only way I can think to fix it is look into my cooling. Though I have stutters like these in even very calm games for my hardware. It’s very confusing for me when I take into account the last fact.
Edit: I have found that my cpu is a bit too powerful for my motherboard and that my cooling just sucks rn alongside that basic issue.
