is this vsoc normal

i switched from a 5600x to a 5700x3d.

temps are great and the system is stable but is this vsoc voltage normal? i haven't touched it but is seems high to me.

also i take any reccomandation on improving.

i've used pbo2tuner to undervolt the cpu
