[CoD] What was the meta of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2?

Noob tubes and One Man Army. But there is more than that; what other weapons were op? What was the ideal perk loadout? Optimal strategies? Not to mention this is our first CoD where we can pick our killstreaks and I believe kills with them actually fed *other* killstreaks, so what were the best three options?
