If you attend Jackie's Funeral after killing Gustavo Orta, you can encounter unnamed Valentino members who mention what a "shitty month" they are having. They talk about losing Jackie first and then Gustavo. You can actually ask them if they know who killed Gustavo. They will reply that they don't know yet, but they will eventually catch and kill whoever is responsible. It is a great hidden detail for observant players.
