I really want to get Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019 on Xbox but I’ve seen some people saying that they were having issues downloading the game and it not recognizing that they owned it

Have any of you experienced these issues? I'm hoping they've been fixed. Also want to confirm that the campaign runs well on Xbox.
