My friend’s account got banned in 2020 which was 6 years ago because she gave her fb account details which was linked to her pubg mobile account out on a website that claimed to give skins for free, and the hacker who was an Indonesian linked his email, twitter, and phone number to her pubg account and used hacks multiple times which caused her to be banned for 1 week, 1 month, and then eventually 10 years. I did contact PUBGM through email for help a few times when she got banned for 1 month and they asked for proof of receipts and ownership of that account etc which my friend provided and PUBGM successfully removed the hacker’s twitter account and phone number, but unfortunately at that time I was dumb and forgot to tell PUBGM about the hacker’s email address and to remove it as well, so the hacker was still able to login with his email and he logged in immediately after her account was unbanned, and he again used some sort of hack and caused her account to be banned again one last time, which is 10 years until 2030. I still blame myself for this mistake to this day. I know there’s still 4 more years till her account is unbanned but what I’m worried is that after 4 years, the hacker will try to login again with his email (if he still exists then, and I’m sorry for hoping that he doesn’t) and cause her account to be banned again. So please I request PUBG to look into her account again and hopefully remove the hacker’s email address before it is unbanned, or better if PUBG could please remove the ban early because it wasn’t her who used hacks. It’s been 6 long years. Please. I’m looking forward to a reply.
I know there will be some ppl who is gonna comment “just make a new account bla bla” but she has spent a lot of money on that account and even though she does have a new account now, she still sometimes misses her old account which breaks me, because I could’ve prevented it from happening if I did not forget about the email. She’s never blamed me but it was partially my fault. I hope pubg will look into this. Please and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
