Seaside honestly had a real shot at being the next Dust II. The layout was super easy to pick up, nothing confusing, just clean lanes and straightforward rotations. You could hop in and understand what’s going on pretty fast, but it still had enough depth to keep good players interested.
On top of that, it looked fresh without messing with gameplay. It feels like a modern version of Vertigo done right. As well as a gorgeous and unique theme. I only say it could be the next Dust 2 just from a simplicity and surprisingly deep depth of gameplay point of view.
