Am using this post as my warning (and venting) for people that may follow the same path as me.
I wanted to get the game to play with friends on the couch and discovered after the updates that took a long time that basically this game is impossible to play cause of the addons problems.
Searching for a way to fix it, i saw many kinds of bugs (store unavailable, flickering) and while the INSTALLATION SUSPENDED affects many, I saw nobody having the Game Installs menu fully empty.
None of the fix worked, the multiple reinstallation didn't change anything, the licences, primary ps4, addon list in the ps shop… nothing works
They did literally kill a physical release and I could only discover it after getting it. So hopefully this post reaches you before you do the same mistake as me
