help with account [mw3]

I have a COD account on my ps5 connected to an email that was hacked and deleted so i have no access to it. i’m trying to move the account to my xbox series s but due to not having the email i can’t do the verification. Activision won’t help because they just wanna send a code to the email that i don’t have. Last resort for me would be to make a new account but even then i can’t because it just stays on the “verification email” screen. I have no clue what to do and i don’t even know if anyone here would know what to do?
