I have been getting blue screens since I build my pc less than a month ago. My pc usually restarts itself or apps closed when I used it during gaming. I asked a tech to help me solved the problem and they said it was due to my RAM after encountering memory errors in OCCT.
I tried claiming for my warranty but the seller (different place than the tech before was from) said there was nothing wrong with my RAM after running few tests both MemTest and OCCT. Mind that during this tests, they tested my RAM on different pc.
I’m really confused now on what the problems are. I think maybe its somewhat related to my pc bios settings? Please help me!
Extra information that might help;
I bought the non “Neo” G skill RAM for my Amd build. Could this been the problem? I asked the seller if this Intel RAM could still be used for Amd and they said it works fine for both. Maybe its related to RAM speeds or voltage… Help me please
What i have tried doing:
– Checked my RAM placement (all good)
– Updated all drivers (Bios not yet)
– Checked pc temp during gaming (did got over 60-65 degrees celsius)
