I believe these are M die, although some of my values lead me to believe I could be wrong. Either way, things seem to be stable running various tests in OCCT as well as in the main game I play, which seems to pretty quickly flesh out stability issues. I've tried increasing the speed beyond 6000 mt/s while throwing some additional voltage at them, but tests quickly fail. Guessing I'd need to loosen some timings as well in order to accomplish that and I'm not sure I want to go through all of the testing again. Anything really stick out as suspect to anyone or that I could tighten up? Appreciate the help of this community! This is my first foray into RAM overclocking and it's really interesting.
