After successfully running 1.2 VSOC for 6400 on my last post, I had to test 6600 for 1.25 VSOC and again it works to my surprise. I was also starting this with mildly loosened SCL timings (6) and tRCDRD (38), because I'm not familiar with the minimum timings at 6600, so I just went with that. The VDD could probably go down to 1.50 VDD, because when I first started overclocking this kit, I was able to do CL-28 6400 with only 1.45 VDD, so I just added 100 millivolts (1.55 VDD), just in case 1.50 VDD wasn't enough. I pretty much repeated the same procedure with running Furmark and VT3 simultaneously to load the Infinity Fabric with a bunch of data to make it easier for VT3 to throw an error. I ran VT3 again for 4 hours (Not validated for stability) and ran 10 iterations of Linpack Xtreme. I'm also surprised I didn't have to touch the VDDG voltages; I just kept CCD and IOD set to .950mv. I'll be doing a Karhu 35,000% coverage test for both the CL-26 6400 and CL-28 6600 and a longer VT3 test with 6600. This is also giving me more confidence to run 8400, if I could get it to actually train after so many failed attempts.
