Title: Mouse works but can’t move camera, input locked to controller (no controller)

I’m playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on a laptop with only a mouse (no controller connected).
The mouse works fine in menus, and in-game I can move, aim, and shoot, but I can’t move the camera at all.
Also, the input device is locked to “Controller” and I can’t change it to keyboard & mouse.
I don’t have any controller plugged in, and there are no background programs running.
I’ve already tried:
- Restarting the game
- Changing display mode to fullscreen
- Reconnecting the mouse
Still no fix.
Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?
