Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves has already almost reached the halfway point of its second season of content with the next stage of releases coming this week.
Following the Blue Mary gameplay trailer reveal, SNK has now released the official patch notes for Fatal Fury’s incoming Version 1.9.0 update.
Obviously, Blue Mary herself is the biggest addition of the patch arriving this week, but she’s bringing an extra present for fans too.
As was seen in the trailer, SNK is also reviving Mary’s classic Pioneer Plaza stage for free, which is still looking very pretty in the new game.
As for character changes, Rock, B. Jenet, Preecha, Vox Reaper, Cristiano Ronaldo, Salvatore Ganacci, Andy and Nightmare Geese have all received some adjustments though they’re mostly bug or consistency fixes.
This all comes after SNK previously released Kim Jae Hoon and Nightmare Geese as the first two DLC characters of Season 2 along with the free Street Fighter 6 x Fatal Fury collaboration that came last month.
There are still three more fighters left to go in the pass with Wolfgang Krauser coming next followed by two more unannounced combatants with one of them probably being Kenshiro from Fist of the North Star.
This update is slated to hit the game with Blue Mary this Thursday, March 26, so there’s only a few days left to go.
