As revealed last Friday, a new Sims 4 Update is getting released to fix the crashing and launch game issues. Caused by two previous updates that were released this same month.
This hotfix for a hotfix solution is expected to improve stability of The Sims 4 and actually let you open the game, in case you’ve been using a set of different CC / Mod combinations before updating. To give credit to the latest announcement from The Sims Team, this issue only affected about 2% of the player base, according to their report.
