The OnePlus 15T is expected to launch in China soon, and over the past few months, several leaks and rumors have started appearing online. While OnePlus has already given us a first look at the device, the company has not revealed its full specifications yet. However, the latest post shared by the company is especially interesting for gamers, as it hints at a major performance upgrade.
A new promotional image shared on Weibo confirms that the OnePlus 15T will offer a native 165Hz high refresh rate, with support for 165 FPS in Valorant Mobile, allowing players to enjoy extremely smooth gameplay. However, the image also mentions that this 165 FPS mode will not be available immediately and will instead arrive in a future update of the game.
Strong gaming performance on OnePlus smartphones

The same image also confirms that the OnePlus 15T won’t be the only device to support this feature. Other models like the OnePlus 15, OnePlus Ace 6, OnePlus Ace 6T, and OnePlus Turbo 6 are also expected to receive support for the 165 FPS mode in the same update; we already know that all these phones offer a 165Hz screen.
Looking at earlier leaks, the OnePlus 15T seems to be a strong all-around device. It is expected to feature a 6.32-inch display with a 1.5K resolution, which should deliver sharp visuals along with a high refresh rate. The phone is also rumored to come with a 7,500 mAh battery, which is quite large and should provide long gaming sessions without frequent charging. On top of that, it is expected to support 100W fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
Overall, if these leaks turn out to be accurate, the OnePlus 15T could be a solid option for mobile gamers, especially those interested in high frame rate gaming. The device is expected to launch later this month in China, so we likely won’t have to wait long for official details.
