Hey all,
Looking for a sanity check from people who know AM5 memory tuning better than I do.
Specs:
– Ryzen 9 9950X3D (stock)
– ASUS ROG Crosshair X870E Hero
– 96GB (2x48GB) G.Skill F5-6400J3239F48G
– BIOS 2102 (AGESA ComboAm5PI 1.3.0.0a)
Current RAM settings (see Zen timings screenshot):
– 6000Mhz
– UCLK=MCLK 1:1
– FCLK 2100
– 32-39-39-52
– tRC 91
– tRFC 648
– tREFI 65535
– GDM Enabled
– Power Down Disabled
– MCR enabled
Results so far:
– Karhu passed 2009%
– Cold boots / full power-off boots are fine
– AIDA64 latency is around 72.8–73.9 ns
– DIMM temps after long Karhu are about 59C
I’m not trying to squeeze every last NS and mb/s out of it. Just want a stable, good daily setup.
Main questions:
– Does this look like a solid result for 2x48GB / 96GB on AM5?
– Would you leave it alone at this point, or is there anything obviously still too loose?
Thanks.
