I would say of all of these, it might be the most controversial to choose Cold War as having the best multiplayer theme. But hear me out: Cold War prides itself on being set in the mid 80s at the height of the American cultural influence, and Rising Tide (the name of the theme) does such a wonderful job of reflecting that. BO2 comes close with Adrenaline, but I do feel like that theme has just a slightly less catchy tune than CW. Otherwise, I think all of the others are explainable.
