I'm not sure if I'm doing something very wrong or if I have a total dud of a CPU or maybe both? Trying to overclock my 9800X3D on an MSI x870e Carbon motherboard. It's being cooled with an ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 AIO. I'm getting totally pathetic scores on Cinebench R23, barely hitting 22,000 with (from what I've read online and watched several tutorials on) would be a very high overclock.
What am I doing wrong here?
I also have a 1200w power supply and an rtx 5090 and my ram is Corsair vengeance 6000MHz CL36-44-44-96. Aside from the curve optimizer and the PBO overclock, the only other thing I have enabled would be XMP.
