As you guys know about the cable and pins burning with the 16 pins connectors , it happened to me a few weeks ago and here how I found a fix .

How it happened

At first I was cleaning my pc like usual and normally I remove my gpu for deep cleaning , then after I inserted the old cable in the gpu I made sure it was fully plugged in . After checking everything was good I started playing and around 10 minutes I started smelling popcorn’s , I didn’t notice it was from the GPU . Then after 40 mins mid game i got the blue screen . From then it kept crashing every time .

THE FIX

I went to northridgefix.com and bought 2 12VHPWR Connector Socket replacement ( other one for future maybe?)

Then I searched for a professional soldering shop that has all the equipment and I explained to him that only the connector should be replaced it .

I bought a 90 degree cable and made sure it was strongly clipped in the GPU.

Hope that helps for anyone who facing this issue.
