A judge has ruled that 10 specific findings in Kenny Alexander’s civil case against the Gambling Commission should be withheld from publication pending a criminal trial scheduled for 2028.

Former GVC executives Kenny Alexander and Lee Feldman lost their civil privacy claims against the Gambling Commission in January, with Justice Eady dismissing the case and refusing the pair permission to appeal.

The two men, who are among a group of former GVC and Entain directors and executives charged with conspiracy to defraud and conspiracy to bribe between 2011 and 2018, had sought to suppress the judgment in its entirety until after Alexander’s criminal trial concludes.
