Unlock golden tiger camo on 3 sniper rifles that are not working.

I tried to complete the mission to unlock King's Ransom, and at that time I didn't see the counter displayed, so I thought I would need three different sniper rifles. I ended up completing a total of four, but the counter still didn't register.
