Could the in‑game friends list be improved? Currently this feature has several frustrating issues.
- Cluttered Display: The icons (gender, RP, WOW etc.), team popularity badges, aliases, dynamic nickname effects, and titles make it extremely difficult to read name of my friends.
- Unpredictable Refreshing: The friends list refreshes unpredictably which makes it difficult to scroll. There are many occasions when I was scrolling down and it went back up after a refresh. This also causes sending invite to someone else by mistake.
- Inconsistent Spectate Button: The spectate button is inconsistent throughout the friends list. Some places it is only an icon, while at other places it is a big button (above reserve button).
- Limited Search Functionality: The search functionality requires exact characters (even if they are special characters) to work. Many players use special characters (which are often invisible) in their names, this makes searching difficult.
