To make things fair i will make this post with only a goal in mind to prove my point with fairness, since both of these guns are now equal firerate at 1034 rpm.
These stats are on their Stock Form and all are on their 1 mandatory attachment only (the CX9 Having the 50 rnd magazine with aditional 15% dmg range,And Of course The QXR's Enchanced Bolt attachment)
Start off with
LETHALITY: XQR wins this part as it boast mainly an incredible 5 shot range up to 23 meters and an potential infinite (assuming you dont hit the legs) and i mean infinite 7 shot even.
The 4 shot range capabilities are its sacrifice as it would only do it at a 8 meters at a VERY FORGIVING hitbox meaning Assuming you dont hit the legs again, you will have a serious edge against the CX9 at this field as its relying mostly on the chest and stomach multiplier only to 4 shot, whilst the QXR only need to hit all the upper hitbox except the legs to get the 4 shot, its almost guaranteed, And did i mention that it has 1.3x headshit multiplier instead of 1.2 from the CX9?
ACCURACY AND RECOIL: Tie , Although the QXR having a way better BSA it does a bit had a Kick on its recoil, as it is very accurate on the first 30 shots, you will most likely have difficulties putting the trigger down at the 31st to the 50th round, (assuming you use the 50 rnd attachment to the QXR) it had a recoil characteristic at that point a very similar to the AS VAL, Very Accurate a few shots and the more you pull the trigger down, the recoil unexpectedly JUMPS high on the last few shots which will threw off your aim, also it has worse Hipfire BSA than the CX9
CX9 May had a worse BSA than the QXR, The recoil though its an decently accurate and pretty consistent on how the recoil moves, It will not throw your aim sure but the BSA will threw your fights away potentially, it Has a Significant better Hipfire BSA than the QXR so you have more freedom to do agression with it.. Which makes this Section a Tie.
MOBILITY: CX9, The mobility of it is better than the QXR overall, Particularly on the, Reload speed, Movement speed, Sprint speed and ADS movement speed although a pretty insignificant amount compared to the QXR, Its still worth to note its advantages as you can be aggressive with it more, Especially With its faster reload speed as well… The QXR on the other hand only had better ADS Time and faster Sprint to fire delay. CX9 had 4 mobility upsides QXR Has 2 so the CX9 wins this Section.
MISC STATS (Bullet Speed, Hit Flinch And Bullet Impact) : QXR, it had no Bullet Speed meaning it has no delay at range to hit detect, its Hitscan, CX9 has a Projectile system that made the gun had bullet speed, although its enough to battle in close range with no delay, at range it would be very noticable… it has 0.9 hit flinch too instead of CX9's 1.1… And Lastly Bullet Impact, QXR got it at 1.00 instead of CX9's 0.90 which makes the QXR Hit more harder to make the opposition get a higher Hit Flinch
IN CONCLUSION: The QXR offers Better Lethality at gunfights alone, a mobility nearly offers a similar CX9 Like Mobility Aggression…. While the CX9 Offers Less Lethality, More stable recoil but worse at gunfights overall but with better mobility, encouraging a more closer gunfight with its better Hipfire BSA
It all basically depends on the player's preference after all so… Whats your Choice?
