Capcom appears to be continuing their hot streak of releases with the recent critical and fan praised heaped upon Resident Evil: Requiem, but they’ve got even more ahead on their calendar.
The company just announced their latest Capcom Spotlight showcase scheduled to take place later this week.
Capcom’s special broadcast is slated to go live this Thursday, March 5, at 2 p.m. PT / 5 p.m. ET.
Their stream is planned to run for approximately 30–35 minutes in total split between five different games.
Those titles are Street Fighter 6, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, Pragmata, the Mega Man Star Force Legacy Collection and Mega Man: Dual Override.
“The Capcom Spotlight is a digital event that brings you the latest news from Capcom! Tune in for the latest information about Capcom’s upcoming releases,” reads the official website description.
So while we know that Street Fighter is involved with the show, we can’t say for sure what will be revealed or discussed about it yet — but we have some pretty good ideas.
Tune in on Thursday, March 5 at 2pm PT for a 30-minute Capcom Spotlight livestream!

Alex’s impending release is assuredly going to be showcased to help market the big new DLC character, and we just got our first look at the Street Fighter 3 brawler’s actual match footage too.
On top of that, the team will probably market Capcom Cup 12 coming this month as well, especially when the Street Fighter finals is trying to sell tickets now for their pay-per-view event.
The real question is, though, are we going to see anything else new beyond that?
We feel the chance is strong for reveals considering each game should have around six minutes to use up in the show (if they all have equal time), and there’s one thing in particular that makes the most sense.
Street Fighter 6 players have been hungry for new Outfit 4 DLC considering the last one was released all the way back in October with Mech Zangief.
We recently pointed out the odd irony that Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves got new Street Fighter costumes before Street Fighter 6 itself (plus a character before in Chun-Li) in SNK’s free collaboration update.
Fans would certainly appreciate getting a new DLC costume set to spend money on this month on top of Alex, which is still a kinda funny thing to say for a modern fighting game, though it has been five months since the last notable content update.
We’ll have to see what the Street Fighter team is cooking up in a few days and if they’re bringing anything fresh to serve the starving crowd.
The Capcom Spotlight stream will be broadcast on the Capcom USA Twitch and YouTube channels, and you’ll be able to watch the showcase here with the rest of us on Thursday too.
