Valve's Video Settings Recommendations was made available to us only via the patch notes (on June 2024). Most players, especially newer and non-hardcore ones, will never see them, even though this guide is likely very useful. So, having a direct link in the in-game settings would make it discoverable for everyone.
The same applies to the Source2 telemetry HUD guide. u/FletcherDunn himself shared this idea a while ago, but it has not been implemented to this day. Having these links in the settings menu would help educate the broader player base. Please add.
