actually more than 48 hours in total as i'd been testing different timings beforehand plus testing normal refresh mode and mixed

i then done some test at 6600 using only 1.2Vsoc and passed 4 hours TM5, but needed further testing and time, so went ahead and completed 8500 and fell back onto this as soon as it finished.
