CyberTrain – Glyphis_IO BBS: The Proxy Tapes 1989 – Wishlist here

I've finally got something to show you guys that I hope some of you will find cool. This is one of the games I am building into my virtual PC hacking simulator Glyphis_IO BBS: The Proxy Tapes 1989 (long title, I'm a Phillip K.Dick fan)

This game is called CyberTrain, it's a stock market monorail train sim where you play as an AI City Planner. Your task is to perfect the line network in 10 years, with the flow of resources, creating silos consisting of stations within various clusters like Elite Execs, AI workforce, Transhuman Elites, Corporate Support, Administration and General Population, depots, factories, and high rise bureaus.

Each player gets 10 years (in-game time) to build the perfect network and play the stock market, the stock and commodities market is linked to the development on screen so the idea is that optimisation of your sandbox and insider trading is key to your success.

Like all of the games in the Glyphis_io BBS experience this will link to it's own global leaderboard shown in-game and on Steam. (Trying to get it onto GOG as well because I HATE DRM)

First Devlog for the overall project on YouTube is here – I might have shared this already though, it's a few weeks old.

My background is board game design, hacking, quantum computing, world building, ARGs and AI – my YouTube channel reflects my experiments. I hope to get this game out by next year with a working demo by the summer.

AI disclosure: I use Midjourney for visual prototyping, guided by my own Google-sourced mood boards and original assets. I use ElevenLabs to refine my less-than-glorious singing voice and Suno to complete melodies I've written. And, while learning Raylib and building the Virtual PC engine in C++, I occasionally lean on Claude Code to help debug and untangle the trickier bits of this super intense program (10'000+ lines of code already!!)

EDIT: Sorry for the NSFW tag and the extra "does" in the title. Had a sleepless weekend.
