I like the aesthetic of cyberpunk, I like Warhammer, and I have some unpainted admech (if you don't know them, it's just dudes that decided that flesh is weak and steel is better. Unlike in cyberpunk, it's not a lifestyle, but a cult/religion). I would like to make them as cyberpunk, but I only watched edgerunners, and I'm not sure how to make it actually look like cyberpunk. So, I would like to ask you:
a.) when you see a character, what makes you go "this is cyberpunk"
b.) most of the admech soldiers look something like this guy. What would you do to him to make him look cyberpunky?

P.P.S. I don't think I'm a terrible painter, but I am no pro. For example, those lines everyone has on their face, that's a bit much for me. Also, I am able to make some modification to the model itself, but nothing too crazy.
P.P.P.S. while I'm at it, what even are those lines on everyone's face?
